Echo Creative Club March Reveal

Yes it is that time again!

I love working with Jeannie's beads so much!  I do not think I could ever get tired of it!  And just look at her newest creations.

Yes you know I want these too!

So on to my reveal.  I showed you earlier this month that I would be working with yet another one of Jeannie's Gin Blossoms.  This is my 6th one and I have to tell you I love each of them.  This is the one I worked with this month.

I have to tell you that it took some time and searching to find the perfect chain for this.  I was almost so completely stumped that I was about to call uncle and choose something else.  Wouldn't you know I picked up the latest Bead and Button and there it was!  I was in awe.  A double St. Petersburg by Jane Danley Cruz!  No way!  And then Duh!  Funny how it sometimes happens that you come across a pattern and say "Oh why didn't I think of that" and the answer is always because you weren't playing enough with that stitch to see it.  I thought oh yeah this is perfect with a few bead size adjustments (cuz you know I need to use 11's and 15's) I was off.  Then I started making it (last week) and you know what?  It took forever to do the first side because this is not a chain I work with very often.  I love it though and it was totally worth the frantic pace I was at last night trying to finish it up.  Yes last  night.  Then pictures this morning!  Argh!  I took 12 pictures.  With the photo tent, without the photo tent, with the prop and with out the prop and each and every one was showing the wrong color of Jeannie's gorgeous Gin Blossom.  Off to picmonkey (my current photo editor) and I played with with settings to get it just right.  In doing that though this is the only pic I can offer you. So yes my friends I am very very late in posting this but her is my Blossom's vine.

I love the texture of the chain and how it totally matches the pendant.  I have to tell you the bottom part of the chain is using the most beautiful Marine Green 11's I received from the Hole Bead Shoppe!  Kelli has so many gorgeous colors!!!I can not wait to put the clasp on and pair it with something special!

Thank you again for stopping by and Thank you Jeannie!  I think your support and faith in me to showcase your beads has pushed me to make sure I am happy with each and every design.

Hugs and Blessings
Kristen

  2. Wow. I love the chain! The colors are a great match to Miss Jeannie's bead. I have had those and I love them as well. The finish on this one is so very fresh and shabby chic! Thank you for sharing. Enjoy the day. Erin

  8. I can't believe you just whipped this up in one night. Holy Crow. It LITERALLY looks like a vine growing out of the Gin Blossom. "Thank YOU" Kristen, I have always had faith in you.
