RIP Beadwork

I have been spending my day ripping apart broken bracelets.  So these pretties are no more....

They were a great learning experience and I did like all of them so with a collective AAAAWWWW.  Good Bye!

  1. Eek, you are braver than I - I've still got a couple of repairs to do that I just can't bear to take to pieces. Would probably be quicker to remake one of them though... Just think of all the new pretty things the beads can be put to making now :)

  4. Personally I don't understand ripping out and starting over. I guess after 45 years of beading I do other things with the pieces I don't like or have a problem with. LOL Plus I don't have the time to spend to take things apart. But go for it K!!! I can see you sitting there talking to each bead as you put it away. :))

  7. Oh, I could NEVER do that! You are very brave. I would save them forever in a drawer but yours actually look very nice and I don't see a single thing wrong with them! Do you have regrets?

  8. Ohhh, I've done that a time or ten myself, and it's never easy. Granted, I don't do the seed beads, so that's a bit different...don't think I could rip *that* apart. But honestly, now I'm anxious to see what you're going to create with what you destroyed! LOL
