We are going camping for the first time this year! Thought I would post a quick note while I'm waiting for Shelby to finish her shower. We are going to the Deleware Gap in Pennsylvania I hear it is beautiful.

Wow an 18' x 10' tent is big! Way back when dinosaurs roamed the planet, my hubby and I had a 12'x 12' tent, it was a bear to put up, then of course it was made out of heavy weight canvas and weighed about as much as our car. LOL
ReplyDeleteBut camping is fun and it's nice to get away from the city, television, telephones, computers...oh wait, all of those things are mobile now...other than the city.
You've made a lot of lovely bracelets and it's nice to see jewelry that is created with smaller beads and sewing, instead of a piece of beading cable and crimp beads. Not that there's anything bad about cable and crimp beads, it's just nice to see something that takes more concentration and finesse and yes, a lot more time...but they are sooo pretty when they are done and worth every minute that it takes to make them.
Thank you so much for your comment on my bracelets! Yours are very lovely too! As for our tent it is pretty heavy but it can withstand 40 mph winds and has made us a conversation piece at alot of campgrounds (some tell me all I need is curtians to make it resemble a shiek's palace) We do so enjoy it though.
